When you gaze out your window — real or figurative — do you see the forest first, or the trees?
I’ve always been a big picture guy, so when I look from my literal/figurative window I see the individual pieces as merely a part of the full device. Obsessive attention on the smaller details can be a waste of time but, on the flip side, those smaller parts make up the large device. Its all perspective.
You cannot forsake either view in order to truly understand what you see.
